D.I.Y.Option

Hire of Roasting Machine complete with free-range Kentish Pig(ex head) spiked, scored and seasoned, gas bottle, delivered, collected and set up.
Machines are easy and efficient to use. Upon delivery we will give you a full working demo and tips on how best to carve. 
After use of our machine please take off the carcass and empty the sand tray. ( you will NOT have to clean the machine)

Serving from 50 people upwards.

A chilled self-serve salad bar with a selection of popular salads please choose 5 salads from the list i.e. Spicy tomato pasta salad , fruity Moroccan couscous, roasted mediterranean vegetable pasta salad, biryani rice salad, new potato salad, creamy coleslaw, Caesar past salad, Tomato Mozzarella and fresh basil salad, Greek salad, waldorf salad, mixed leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
